The historical complex Ctenice, dating back to the 13th century, includes:
fully restored and beautifully renovated castle,
gardens and horse stables.
It is located on the outskirts of Prague surrounded by open fields and wooded areas. Included within the historical compound is The Granary Hotel with a restaurant and cafe on the premises.
Horseback Rides and Lessons:

The historical complex Ctenice is home to the Equestrian Club Ctenice which operates all year round and offers indoor and outdoor activities:
  • Horseback riding lessons are offered for any experience level – from beginners  to experienced riders;
  • The a-la-carte activities include guided horseback rides  to the surrounding areas – open fields and wooded trails;
  • Kids enjoy pony rides;
  • Indoor arena  and outdoor ring are available for riding lessons;
Prague and Equestrian History:
History buffs will enjoy  unique and captivating sightseeing trips with a focus on significant monuments or places inspired by or connected to horses.

The tours covers wide range of locations from Prague Old Town and historical center to off the beaten path points of interest.

Half day or full day personalized tours are available based on your interests and passions.
